Kia ora, I’m Emily Garden – a social researcher, evaluator and designer based in West Auckland.

I work with organisations and communities to understand what’s working, learn from experience, and communicate the difference they’re making.

I do this by designing and leading evaluations, conducting qualitative research, and translating findings into clear, useful outputs that support decision-making and learning.

I am motivated by social and environmental justice, and am passionate about centring the voices and lived experience of communities – in how evaluations are designed, and in how findings are communicated.
